Q: What do I do if I have a problem?

Bedrocks is committed to making you feel great in bed. So enjoy our 60-day "feel great in bed guarantee", on designer quilt covers, our customer service, and the unbeatable value buying only at Bedrocks provides.

At Bedrocks we understand that from time to time customers may not be satisfied with the quilt covers, or expected something different. Our response time in dealing with any customer concerns is 24 hours. Please contact us at mybedrocks@bedrocks.com.au, if you require any assistance with your product after purchase.

Q: What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

Bedrocks wants to ensure you look good in bed and have a good nights sleep. We operate under the relevant local consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure or customer error.

Returns & Refunds

Proof of purchase will be required and we may need to assess the product to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If you believe there is a problem with the item you purchased please contact us at mybedrocks@bedrocks.com.au  and we will assist you.

Change of mind:

  • If you change your mind, you will be required to pay the postage cost of the item and return to Bedrocks.
  • The item must be unused and in the original packing.
  • The item must be returned within 7-14 days or as agreed upon. Once we have received the item we can offer a refund or exchange.
  • If you are not happy with your quilt covers (for any reason other than a fault), we will offer you the choice of a full refund (less postage charges which are not refundable), an exchange or a credit note (which does not have an expiry date).
  • For any return enquiries due to change of mind, please email mybedrocks@bedrocks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. We will not accept any returns without prior notification.
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned to us in the same condition in which that were sent out to you. In a saleable condition in the unopened, undamaged, original packaging, unused with all labels attached.
  • You will also need to include your original receipt.
  • Due to health regulations, items which have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
  • Please register your parcel as we do not take any responsibility for any parcels lost in the transit. Return postage charges are at the customer's expense.
  • If you the customer has requested an exchange, the customer will incur postage charges to have the new item sent out. This postage charge must be paid before the exchanged items ise dispatched.

Damaged / Faulty items:

At Bedrocks we are very strict with our quality control. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please inform us as soon as this occurs. We will provide a replacement, credit note or refund. We will also reimburse your postage for the return of any damaged goods so please ensure to include your postage receipt.

At Bedrocks we are 100% confident our quilt covers are of the highest quality – we offer a 60 day warranty period of faults due to manufacturing (this does not include damage due to day to day usage). Any postage costs will be free of charge to the customer if Bedrocks is at fault.
